Agreement between Virginia Hemp LLC dba "Virginia Hemp" (West Virginia)

Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC dba "Virginia Hemp" (Virginia)

and Customers/Website Users:

This agreement is made between Virginia Hemp LLC, Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC and any customer who purchases hemp-derived products for humans and/or animals from Virginia Hemp LLC. By purchasing these products, the customer agrees to the following terms:

The customer acknowledges that Virginia Hemp LLC's products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC, as required by Federal and West Virginia Law.
The customer acknowledges that Virginia Hemp LLC's products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and that the products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virginia Hemp LLC, Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the customer's use of Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC's or Virginia Hemp LLC's products.
The customer acknowledges that Virginia Hemp LLC & Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC are not responsible for any adverse effects that may result from the customer's use of the products, and that the customer uses the products at their own risk.
The customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of Virginia Hemp LLC's & Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC products.

Virginia Hemp LLC's website is intended for use by individuals who are 21 years of age or older.
Virginia Hemp LLC's website may contain links to third-party websites that are not under the control of Virginia Hemp LLC. Virginia Hemp LLC is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site.

Return and Refund Policy

At Virginia Hemp LLC, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Refunds are available for unopened products within 15 days of purchase.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at VirginaHempLLC@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you have received an RMA number, please return the product to us in its original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt and the RMA number.
Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened products, as we cannot guarantee the purity or quality of the product once it has been opened.
